Summer is here! Let ’s do some Japanese summer dish course. People in Japan eat these to stay cool while getting enough stamina to survive the heat. They are also extremely healthy and will prepare you for that small swimsuit you bought while ago….!!!

Menu:

1. cold shabu shabu beef and shrimp salad with assorted summer vegetables
2. eel temari (small ball)sushi
3. cold soumen noodle with dipping sauce. (angel hair noodle)
4. tofu pannacotta

fee: $65 per person

Schedule:

Wednesday class 10:30am to 1pm………………6/9, 6/23
Saturday class 11pm to 2pm……………….6/12, 19, 26
Saturday evening class 5pm to 8pm……..6/12, 19, 26
Sunday class……..1pm to 4pm……………..6/13, 20, 27

* class will be held when more than 3 people sign up.
